1.Shipping Methods We Offer:

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Beware of color

I love this dress! It is not the color I expected as it is supposed to be champagne but it is a nude color. Basically it matches the nude color bra that I bought to wear under it. Fits amazing!

Beautiful dress

This dress is stunning and as a bigger girl I think it's very complimentary. It had a zip at the back which is covered by fake buttons which I really like. I didn't have time to get a personalised fit so ended up getting a 20 (one size down from the recommended for my measurements) and it fits like a glove. I think the price is extremely good for what you get. So much better than spending up to £1000 on one dress for one day. I really recommend this dress. Just for reference for length im 5ft 2

Magnifique pour un prix très abordable

Robe sublime. Jolie finition. Tissus et voilages très beau. Taille parfaitement. Taille 38. Mensurations 1m65, 90c, 70cm taille 90cm bassin. Elle arrive juste en dessous du genoux. Souple et pas lourde. À voir le jour j.

Parfait du début à la fin ! J'ai commandé une robe de mariée, sur mesure, le 10 Avril 2024 et elle est arrivée à la date prévue le 10Mai(mariage le 1 er Juin ) Bravo car il y avait 3 jours fériés!
La robe est magnifique et me va parfaitement . J'aime beaucoup la qualité et elle est agréable à porter. Pour prendre les mesures correctement, il faut regarder la vidéo car cela est bien expliqué. Personnellement je ne regrette pas d'avoir pris sur mesure car au moins je suis sûre qu'elle me va .
Le suivi de livraison est excellent car j'ai pu suivre , tous les jours le colis. Le numéro correspond .C'est une sacrée logistique !
J'avais aussi envoyé un message pour une question et dès le lendemain j'avais une réponse ,claire et précise.
Je recommande vivement ce site sérieux et j'achèterais à nouveau !

Omg i am so execited cant wait for my day to dress my beautiful baby. she perfectly fit my body, quality material, size,its as if the tailor took my measurements. i was worried it might need adjustments but no. thank you JJ house, i wish i would be getting married every year so i keep buying the dress every year. love it love it love it. i will add the picture or vedio after my wedding day.
