All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Robe magnifique. Très joli pour le prix. La robe fait vraiment mariée. Je n'ai Ppas pu l'essayer car les robes d'essais n'étaient pas à ma taille. Dommage. Peut-être que c'est à revoir niveau service. Merci jjhouse pour ce concept car nous sommes rassurées de la qualité, c'est vraiment très bien et plus parlant de pouvoir toucher les matières. Au prix de 30€ je n'ai vraiment pas hésité. Je me suis juste trompée sur la couleur. Le champagne fait vraiment marron... Sinon bien coqué dedans.

This is The One!

I ordered a 16W in white in the try on program. I am ordering an ivory 18W. I am pretty busty. I love the way this dress lays and fits. I am so happy to have found this dress at JJ's. I have ordered a few dresses in and out of the try on program. I have not been disappointed yet! Like so many others I was skeptical of the this shop. But I am blown away by the value.

Love This Dress, Just Not the One

This dress is simple, sexy and fun! Love the deep V neck, gorgeous detailed bodice and the dress has a slit to show off that sexy leg and shoes. The one aspect that I didn't like were the white boob pads. The bodice is mesh and see-through so the white pad really show. If I were to purchase this dress, I would change the white pads for nude ones. Otherwise, I loved this dress, just not the one for me.
