Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Specific Policies for Our Items

Order Cancellation
Our dresses are all made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials can not be reused. But there is still time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below

Cancellation Policy

-Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
-Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
-Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
-Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you need to cancel your order, please email service@chicrobe.fr for help.

If you want to change size or color after payment.

Please contact us in 24 hours after payment. Please note color and size can not be changed once the process has begun. If you really want to change size or color, extra cost would be charged. Please contact us.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

Our dress size is true to our size chart. So please double check our size chart and make sure the size fit. We also offer custom size without extra cost.

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and made to order, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. We would check the size and measurements before we ship them. Therefore, the mistake on size and measurements are very rare.

Exchange

1. Contact us within 2 days after you receive the items.

2.We will send new dress once we received the item you returned.

3.You need to pay the return shipping fee and the shipping fee of new dress.

Return Policy

All dresses made by hand work, although we can’t be careful, there might be some small problems which we can’t be totally avoided, but take it easy, if there are our problems to make dresses wrong size, color, style, you will get full payment back!

For custom, petite, plus size order, sorry we can't accept returning, please note this policy, because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future.
For standard size dress in picture color only, we accept return. You need to pay the return shipping fee. Since the return shipping would be too expensive, we highly suggest you choose size carefully. Please double check our size chart and order the correct size.

For accessories, we do not accept return. Please note accessories are final sale.

We will accept returns if there are quality problems, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation. And we do not accept return for try-order. If you just need one dress, please DO NOT order more than one dress and return other dresses you do not like. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell it again even they are returned.

Please carefully follow our guide:

1. Contact us within 2 days after you receive the items.
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
3. Item must be returned in 7-15 days upon delivery date. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise we will refuse the return.
4. Please fold the dress inside out. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

a lovely dress but I ordered the wrong size!

I measured myself and chose the size that matched on the chart, even though it was 2 dress sizes above what I would usually wear. I should have gone with my dress size because it's far too big! Perhaps my measuring was off, but I will return and get the correct size. Delivery was on time. I did really like the dress. There was one or two loose threads on the sleeves but nothing that wouldn't be fixable. I thought the quality was much better than expected and I felt like a princess waltzing around my house whilst trying it on. I can't wait to order the correct size! Luckily I have loads of time before the big day!

Beautiful Wedding Dress

My day was magical in my wedding dress. I ordered a size 16 as that is my usual dress size. Dress fit perfectly and I felt beautiful in it ! Fantastic for the price and I encourage anyone to buy!

La verdad es que estaba buscando un vestido blanco porque en las tiendas locales casi no hacen de ese color, sin embargo en la página encontré este hermoso vestido, la tela es preciosa el encaje igual es fabuloso tiene lentejuelas chiquitas y decoran muy bonito el vestido, la verdad es que recomiendo mucho la página el vestido es 100% blanco a mí me quedó un poquitito grande pero se puede mandar a ajustar volvería y recomendaría esta página a todas mis conocidos en México, pero ya no hay envíos sin embargo si llegaran a volver a hacer entregas al país la verdad es que no lo pienso en dos veces en recomendarlas a las de mi país, pero si en el tuyo hay envíos disponibles aprovecha es un gasto completamente accesible y la tela es divina.

Beautiful Dress

I am amazed at the quality of my dress! It was so pretty! I had the sizing custom made, as I have a large chest and shoulder width compared to my hips. (45” bust). I did not even need to alter it or steam it!

The tiny snag I encountered was completely my fault for not allowing more time. I had ordered it about 6 weeks before my wedding date of 12/31/23. It estimated the arrival date of 12/22/23. It shipped the date they had promised but once in DHL’s hands, the estimate changed to 1/2/24! AFTER my wedding!!! A few sleepless nights and a ton of DHL stalking, I was able to get help from DHL Twitter. They got me in touch with our local office and they personally made sure I got it on time! All in all, I would order it again! I was nervous buying something so important, sight unseen, but it was perfect!

Cuando llego mi vestido vino en caja super pequeña tenia miedo de lo que iba a ver.
No le pongo 10 estrellas porque no hay,decir que el vestido es PRECIOSO...!!!la tela es muy buena ,estoy súper sastifecha y feliz por mi vestido,tenía miedo comprar en línea me tire a la piscina arriesgandome y no me arrepiento.
